You won’t find a stereotype of women in the Bible. There are wives, mothers, daughters, widows, queens, matriarchs, prophetesses, judges and a military leaders – just to name a few. And, similarly, our Women’s Ministry includes women from all walks of life, backgrounds and life stages.
The Women’s Ministry is established first and foremost to attend to the needs of women of the church. The hope is that women can realize spiritual maturity and develop their leadership skills so that they can then minister in the local church and this community.
What we have found is that women have been a vital part of the going ministry of this church since the very beginning. They have served on just about every ministry from worship to teaching to visiting the sick. Dedicated women make a significant difference in their world by the commitment of their time, talent and faith.
